Due to the overwhelming increase in sales orders may experience a fulfillment / shipping delay. Currently, best selling items are experiencing delays - orders may take up 7- 25 business days to arrive. Please watch for your ship confirmation email to advise when your product(s) have been shipped. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to ship your order in as timely a manner as possible.

Further, the overwhelming regulations surrounding COVID-19 has change the rules among carriers.

Observations

Items that contain powders, liquids, lithium batteries, or lithium cells are prohibited for carriage by domestic air transport within China. Any of these items that are approved for international air transport and arrive at the initial gateways in China will be forwarded via ground transportation to their next destination. China Post will accept no liability for the delay in delivering these items.

If your product contains any of the above please be aware that your product will be shipped by sea, your parcel may take up to 32 days to deliver from the day you place it.
